House Price Prediction System
House Price Prediction System is a machine learning model that estimates property prices based on learned patterns in housing data.

Mission
House Price Prediction System is a machine learning-based solution designed to estimate the market value of residential properties using historical housing data. The system is trained on large datasets where it learns hidden patterns and relationships between property attributes and their actual selling prices. By applying regression algorithms, the model analyzes complex correlations within the data to generate accurate price predictions for unseen properties. This makes the valuation process faster, more consistent, and less dependent on human judgment. The system is commonly used in real estate applications to support buyers, sellers, and agents in making informed decisions. It reduces uncertainty in pricing and improves efficiency in property evaluation by providing data-driven estimates based on learned experience from past market trends.

Goal
House Price Prediction System is a machine learning-based project that estimates property prices using historical housing data. The system is developed using Python and libraries such as Pandas, NumPy, and Scikit-learn for data processing, visualization, and model building. Various regression algorithms like Linear Regression, Decision Tree, Random Forest, and XGBoost are used to train the model and improve prediction accuracy. The trained model can be deployed using Flask with a simple web interface built in HTML and CSS, allowing users to easily get price estimates. This project provides a fast, reliable, and data-driven approach to real estate valuation.
